Ten MPH Marketing Authorisation Holders (MAHs) in the EU have collaborated in order to produce the materials provided on the website: Accord, Ethypharm, Infectopharm, Janssen (of the Johnson & Johnson group of pharmaceutical companies), Medice, Mylan, Rubio, Sandoz, Shire and Zentiva.

It is recommended that these materials be used in conjunction with the full prescribing information for the individual product that is being prescribed.

In order to maintain patient confidentiality, any patient information that you enter on to the checklists will not be saved anywhere on this website. All documents can be downloaded for use by prescribing physicians. It can either be kept as part of an electronic patient file or be used in a printed paper version.
